My project was to investigate the effects of unilateral concurrent training in an older population. I followed our participant from her very first intake session until our last, seeing each step of the research process. I loved absorbing the information and processes, along with getting to know the participant. It was an invaluable first research experience, and one that I will cherish!
Koen was awarded a Blue Ribbon at the 2026 UROP Spring Research Symposium for his outstanding poster presentation for his excellence in demonstrating the context of his research along with his understanding and ability to answer questions about the project.
