Letitia is a Senior, pursuing a BS in Applied Exercise Science. She is a member of the University of Michigan Swim and Dive team and serves as one of the team captains. Her previous experience includes interning with the Singapore Swimming National Team where she collaborated with high-performance coaches and support staff to enhance athletic development and optimize training outcomes for elite swimmers. Letitia is an active undergraduate research assistant in the laboratory, contributing to NIH-funded studies on exercise intervention and its effects on muscle fatigue, aging, and recovery. Additionally, she is contributing to research data on the sex differences between male and female athletes.
In her free time, she likes to hang out with her friends/teammates and paint her own nails.
